Suzi is taking a group to a sacred hidden valley at the foothills of the Himalayas in March for the Vernal Equinox Retreat followed by their return to Bhutan with a Dharma tour in November 2019.

A holistic program combining the ancient arts of Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation. It is a tender way to holistically connect with your true self, an invitation to explore the vegetal intelligence of nature to rebirth and blossom into the spring season. The Spring Equinox Retreat is a perfect time to consider the balance of your life - work, play and relationships.

The journey begins in Delhi, where we meet and fly to the secret jewel often referred to as the “Switzerland of India” for five transformative days at a traditional Sikkimese Heritage Farmhouse on 100 acres of lush organic farmland, ensconced amidst the foothills of the great Himalayas. A sacred location, awakening your senses, as you begin to tune in to the nectar of this rare magical time of the year.

After the retreat we will travel further north in West Sikkim to an altitude of 6,800ft for three nights to the tranquil town of Pelling which presents a majestic view of entire snow-capped Kanchenjunga mountain range, the third highest peak in the world. Pelling’s tranquil atmosphere and panoramic ambience are ideal for favourable nature walks and gentle treks to sacred sites and ancient Buddhist monasteries.

Suzi will be leading a meditations at our global event on the 12th May.

Sound Healing  with John Hofton
John will introduce us to some simple sound healing techniques that will promote deep relaxation.

·         Sound healing is recognised as an aid to deep relaxation, increased energy flow and is a way to still the mind.
·         Feel more connected to your inner core.
·         John uses a wide selection of highly resonant sound healing instruments in these sessions: e.g. Tibetan singing bowls, Traditional American Indian drone flute, Gemshorn, Dream Chau gong , Sacred Solfeggio Tuning forks and Tubular Bells and Quartz singing bowls.
·         This is a gentle, refined and subtle form of healing which works holistically – on mind, body and spirit.

John runs regular workshops and can be booked for one to one sessions at:
