What is MOMM in the community?
The next phase of our community model is about co-creating local community initiatives across the globe through mindfulness and meditation-based programs and to create a system, structure, and community culture that actively promotes connection, belonging, meaning, trust, and mutual care and respect. Our goal is focused on citizen action, social impact, and community wellbeing.
We realise the power of bringing people together in their communities or wherever people may be and using meditation and mindfulness practices to connect us at the same time on the same day across the globe.
Studies show that meaningful relationships are one of the main sources of happiness. When we come together with a shared intent of peace and harmony, we naturally amplify the coherence within and radiate it out into the world. For many this is a highly transformational experience that changes the way you integrate across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of your overall being, and how this relates to your relationship to the immediate environment, community, and health of the planet.
The essence of this community is to act as an amplifier and support free expression, create space to encourage and empower positive transformational shifts in self-awareness… and ultimately raising human and global consciousness.

Our existing global model is focused on joining global communities together in mass meditation around a singular cause throughout the year e.g global mental health awareness and the International Day of Peace as per the United Nations.
Our network consists of key partnerships in both scientific and healing domains. This combination of the health sciences from both modern-day and traditional care will help fulfill the potential future of vibrant health and well-being.
