Feast for the soul

Celebrate the Feast for the Soul with a spiritual Opening Ceremony and meditation. 2023 marks the 16th year of the Feast for the Soul, an annual 40-day spiritual practice intensive held January 15 through February 23 each year and observed by thousands of people worldwide.

During the opening we celebrate the various traditions, religions, and spiritual paths through a candlelight ceremony. This is to observe the first day of the Feast.

Some people think of the Feast as a virtual retreat whereby you commit to 40 days of spiritual practice and self-discovery through mindfulness, meditation, and creative practices. Whether you meditate, dance, paint, practice yoga, or observe another spiritual practice, this 40-day intensive will help you to kick off a new way of living year round.

The Feast for the Soul organization provides resources, support, and teachings that you can access free of charge. There is a wealth of information on the website (www.feastforthesoul.org) where you'll find a master meditation index which provides you with inspiration and guidance for your daily practice offered by meditation teachers from around the globe.

Come and join a growing global community of more than 20,000 individuals committed to creating more peace and community as they deepen their personal daily spiritual practice during the Feast.

Here’s to peace,
